Story Behind the Art:
Thailand's Chanatip Na Lampoon combined her interest in jewelry, interior design and engineering when she set up her own workshop. 'I learned a lot from my neighbor, a silversmith. I buy silver from the hill tribe people - every bead or motif they create reflects the magnificence of the tribes' own artistry. This is why my designs are a mixture of ancient and modern styles. A lot of hard work goes into creating the silver pieces and then the designs,' she explains.
